What should the master level indicator be set to in order to output 2V? Also, is [MASTER ATT] related to the master level indicator?

When [MASTER ATT] is set to 0 dB, the MASTER1 output (XLR) is 2Vrms when the master level indicator is at -2 dB, and the MASTER2 output (PIN) is 2Vrms when the master level indicator is at about +8 dB (off the scale). The movement of the master level indicator does not change when [MASTER ATT] is turned down.
